Preparation

You need to tell the people you spend time with that you are about to begin an 8 week SHRED. This includes family, colleagues and friends. This helps to set your intentions and it’s an opportunity for you to ask them for their support during this time.
Start heathy food shopping and clearing out junk food. If it’s not in the house it removes 50% of the temptation.
Communication
In the days before SHRED begins you will be added to the whatsapp group and we will email you the menu plans. In the meantime if you have any questions send us an email hello@shredforthenhs.co.uk
On the Sunday (the night before your SHRED begins) you will be able to see the Week One workouts and challenge in this page.

What to expect
and when
You will be sent access to the tracker the day before SHRED begins.
Your live introduction to SHRED will be on the Sunday evening (the night before SHRED begins) at 5pm. This introduction will be held on zoom and the link will be shared in the whatsapp group an hour or so before the start.
Please invite housemates or partners to join you for this introduction, so that they understand what you’re doing and know how best to support you.
We do not recommend having any under 18’s around though as we cannot commit to not swearing and we personally don’t think it’s appropriate for children to hear adults talking earnestly about losing weight.
