An 8 week accountability programme where your food intake and your exercise are monitored on a daily basis by both your coach and your buddy team

Accountability

Every day for 8 weeks you will report on your food intake, your active output and your progress on the weekly tasks. You report to your buddy team and to Sally and Robyn. Miss an update and you can expect a nudge! Receive daily feedback to keep you on track.

Fitness

Each week of the programme you will have 5 new & unique 30-40min online pre recorded workouts + a yoga class for a healthy back. In addition you have the option twice a week to workout LIVE with Robyn & Sally on Zoom. Live classes are recorded and added to the members area.

Community

You will be in daily contact with your team and your buddies on the online tracker and the team WhatsApp group to ensure you stay focussed, stay supported and succeed. The SHRED communities we develop are what makes this programme so unique. No other programme has this micro level community focus and daily accountability to your coach.
