Dream Coach
Sally’s background and work in the field of psychology is critical to the experience you will receive on SHRED. She has over 15 years in the fitness industry and 7 years running and refining the SHRED programme. Sally is 46 years old and has a lot of experience training and coaching women between 50-70.
Sally understands your body now and will prioritise keeping it at it’s very best, ensuring you avoid injury, whilst really focussing on what your body needs.
Sally is also a yoga teacher and mental health counsellor and meditation coach ensuring she is ideally placed to help you through this 8 week journey.
Support
During this programme you will be in contact with Sally and your buddy team on a daily basis. Sally will be supporting your journey, encouraging you and motivating you every step of the way.
Online Workouts
2 online pre recorded workouts every week that you can access whenever you choose. These workouts are specifically designed for your body now. So improving bone denisty through careful strength work, low impact aerobic for cardiorespiratory health and to combat the metabolic risks associated with declining estrogen, mobility and flexibility training and light yoga and meditation.
Each workout begins with a careful warm up followed by some ‘low impact cardio’ / ‘strength building’ intervals. There is a yoga section in each class where you learn 2 postures each workout, a little more low impact cardio follows, before we finish with abs and a deep stretch section (think yin yoga).
These workouts are convenient and enjoyable.
Access to the FABULOUS member area is included in the programme.
*Live Workouts
Option to join Sally in Blackheath, Greenwich for a workout once a week if you live locally. These classes are an additional charge, you can purchase either single classes for £10 or a 10 class card for £65. Fabulous class is on a Wednesday evening 6:45pm on the heath near the Princess of Wales pub. Booking is required.
All levels - adaptable
During the workouts Sally will be wearing ankle weights and she will be holding dumbbells throughout most of the workout. Sally suggests 3 options for you to choose from. You can buy ankle weights for around £9 and dumbbells for around £10. Please ask Sally for advice on where to buy if you are unsure. You need to purchase your own weights.

Strategy
All the education and strategy you need to master your slowing metabolism, lose weight and keep it off. Even if you have been unsuccessful before. All food is included and this plan is suitable for all diet types including vegan and celiac.
Community
You’ll be in a whatsapp group with your team and your coach Sally. You’ll also be allocated a buddy group of 3-4. The communities we build in SHRED are amazing and so supportive, it’s worth doing SHRED just for them!
Mental Wellness Tasks
Each week you’ll have different tasks to do either on your own or in your buddy teams. These tasks are designed to boost your authenticity, self confidence, self esteem and encourage you to embrace your life and your community.
